"Shaping the future of Malaysia football"

The Penang Chinese sports club was launched on 11 Sep 2007 with the aim of developing Penang's most promising young footballers.

Trainees are scouted through a systematic talent identification process before being given the chance to develop their skills under some of the best youth coaches in the country. With teams at every age level from U-16, the PCSC represents the future of Malaysia football.

Housed in its own building with adjacent training field at S.M.Teknik Tungku Abdul Rahman Putra, Air Itam, Penang. the entire operation is geared towards producing players of outstanding football ability as well as aiding their physiological, psychological and academic growth.

The main objectives of the PCSC are:

To provide a conducive football training environment, coupled with programmes to assist trainees in their studies and career planning.

To help players of outstanding ability to develop to their fullest potential.

To groom outstanding young players for the Penang Chinese Super League, Malaysia Super League and eventually to represent Malaysia.
