(I) PENANG CHINESE SUPER LEAGUE YEAR 2010.
(II) MERDEKA CUP YEAR 2010.

2. All Entries must be submitted to the Chairman, Competition Committee, PCSC. H/P:016-5515600 on before 07 FEB 2010 at 6.00pm using the attached ENTRY FORM.

3. Late Entries will not be accepted as the Competitions are scheduled to begin on MARCH 2010.

4. Players' Registration forms will be given to you when you submit your ENTRY FORM.

5. All Team Managers must attend a Team Managers' Metting as decisions made at the said Meeting shall be binding to all teams. (Will Be Notified Of The Date, Venue And Time In Due Course)

6. Players' Registration Form must be handed to the Chairman, Competition Committee at the Team Managers' Meeting. Teams which do not submit their Players' Registration Form by 01 March 2010 shall be deemed as non-participants in the said Competitions.
